About the simulation training
A series of workplace-based simulation training sessions on the prevention and treatment of massive obstetric hemorrhage took place from 22 to 25 April 2025 at four maternity and perinatal facilities in Odesa and Biliaivka.
Multidisciplinary duty teams practised emergency scenarios, uterine balloon tamponade, staged uterine devascularisation and coordinated care in delivery and operating rooms. The event carried 15 CPD points and involved 136 participants.
