Representatives of the Odesa branch of AAGU participated in the annual plenum of the Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Ukraine and the international scientific and practical conference “Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine: Present and Future.”
The event was held on 5–6 October 2023 in a hybrid format, both online and in person in Uzhhorod, Ukraine.
The annual meeting provided an opportunity to review the Association’s work and achievements, recognise the professional contribution of its members, and determine priorities for further activity.
The conference programme included international presentations, plenary and sectional meetings, and a practical workshop. The principal subjects included pregnancy after COVID-19, artificial intelligence in obstetrics and gynecology, the impact of martial law on obstetric care, preservation of Ukraine’s reproductive potential, and paediatric and adolescent gynecology.
Members of the Odesa branch participated actively as moderators and speakers. The conference was recognised for its strong scientific and practical programme, current clinical material, and emphasis on disease prevention, prevention of pregnancy complications, improved perinatal outcomes, and Ukraine’s demographic recovery.
